Frosted Triple Crown

noun - The Frosted Triple Crown of Open Water Swimming (or FTC) is a term for individuals who complete both the Triple Crown of Open Water Swimming and an Ice Mile, demonstrating both endurance in swimming marathon distances and extreme cold water swimming.
