Open Water Swimming Career

• he completed the 21-mile (33.7 km) BLDSA 2 Way Windermere Championship (2WW) in 11 hours 18 minutes 3 seconds at its 17 August 2003 Championship
• he participated in the 56-mile relay across the Irish Sea in 2011 together with Liane Llewellyn, Nikki Fraser, Becky Lewis, Colm O'Neill, Jonathan Openshaw, Ronan Keating, Jenny Frost, Pamela Stephenson, Jason Bradbury and Steve Parry in a non-stop swim of 35 hours 18 minutes.
