Carolyn Hollingsworth (born 27 February 1965) is an American open water swimmer who participated in the 2017 Swim Across America Catalina Channel Crossing together with Brett Cohen, Malena Hankins, Naomi Kent, Rene Martinez Saenz, and Dan Simonelli (born 25 October 1965) with Swim Across America coordinator and Director of Events Megan Melgaard and escort pilot Captain Dave of the Pacific Star Charters on 17 July 2017.
