The Vineyard Swimming Club provides year-round training facilities and development programmes for both Junior and Senior swimmers of all abilities and all ages with clubs in 6 areas: Bellville, Bredasdorp, Helderberg, Paarl, Point and Rondebosch.
Members
Thane Guy Williams and Jonno Proudfoot are South African open water swimmers who are members of the Vineyard Rondebosch Swimming Club. They each swam across the Mozambique Channel from Mozambique to Madagascar from 28 February to 24 March 2014 in a 458 km stage swim.
