The Highlands

The Highlands is Stage 4 of the 8 Bridges Hudson River Swim in the Hudson River in New York. It is a 15.3 miles (24.4 km) from the Newburgh Beacon Bridge to the Bear Mountain Bridge, past some great scenery: the Hudson Highlands, Bannerman's Castle, and West Point.
