Dan Foster

Dan Foster is a pool and open water swimmer from Canada who completed the 42nd crossing of Lake Ontario in 19 hours 12 minutes on 15 August 1998 at the age 33, swimming from Niagara-on-the-Lake to the Leslie Street Spit in Toronto. In 1997, he completed the Swim Around Key West event placing 12th in 4 hours 36 minutes in a field of 70 swimmers.
