Andrew Davis is an Australian open water swimmer who represents the Tattersalls Club and Cronulla Surf Lifesaving Club in Sydney.
Open Water Swimming Highlights
- He completed a crossing of the Maui Channel between Lānaʻi and Maui in 2006 in 6 hours 47 minutes.
- He competed in the 14.1 km Maui Channel Swim five times from 2005 to 2017 as a relay member for the Tattersalls Club team.
- He completed an unprecedented 14.1 km crossing of the Maui Channel between Lānaʻi and Maui on 16 September 2019 in the first documented breaststroke crossing in 9 hours 26 minutes with escort pilot Randy Kinores, paddler Dennis Blevins, and crew member Lorissa Smith and Simon Watkins. It was a charity swim on behalf of The Sydney Retreat.
