The Swim of Peace was a 100 km 3-day stage swim by Ion Lazarenco Tiron of the Republic of Moldava, a nominee for the 2018 World Open Water Swimming Man of the Year, and Avram Iancu of Romania, a nominee for the 2017 World Open Water Swimming Man of the Year in May 2018.
