Mumbaikar Rajaram Ghag

Mumbaikar Rajaram Ghag of India completed a 32.2 km crossing of the English Channel from England to France on 22 August 1988 in 12 hours 40 minutes for which he received the Channel Swimming Association Special Award to a Disabled Swimmer. His legs were disabled due to childhood polio.
