FullMar Viña is the first official, legally incorporated open water swim club in Chile, founded by coach Julieta Nuñez that has the legal backing of the Chilean Navy (Armada de Chile), supporting open water swim events.

Julieta Nuñez is an open water swimmer and open water swimming coach from Chile who has crossed the Strait of Magellan two times in 2007 and 2009 as well as the Beagle Canal from Chile to Argentina. Coach Nuñez is also a coach with Water World Swim and co-founder of Patagonia Swim.
