Danielle Ruymaker

Danielle Ruymaker is an American open water swimmer from California and a member of the South End Rowing Club.

Open Water Swimming Highlights

• She completed a tandem swim across the Strait of Gibraltar on 1 July 2012 together with Craig Coombs in 6 hours 40 minutes at the age of 58.
• She helped escort Craig Coombs 15.8 miles around Alameda Island in San Francisco Bay, California on 9 September 2018 in 7 hours 12 minutes to break the existing circumnavigation swim record previously set on 19 August 1951 by Al Kallunki.
