The Corryvreckan Whirlpool Swim is a 1 km point-to-point open water swim off the west coast of Scotland between the islands of Jura and Scarba near the Gulf of Corryvreckan where one of the largest permanent whirlpools on earth and one of the most dangerous stretches of water around the British Isles exists.
