The Brighton Baths Health Club Winter Swimming Carnival is an open water swimming event held since 2010 and is held on 18 June 2017 with 3 races: 150m Ice Cube Dash, 800m John Dineen Half Mile (3 laps of the Brighton Sea Baths), 1600m Harry Raisbeck Winter Mile (6 laps of the Brighton Sea Baths).

Harry Raisbeck Winter Mile is a half-mile (3 laps) and a mile (6 laps) swim in the Middle Brighton Baths in Melbourne, Australia held in 6 or 7ºC (42-44ºF) without wetsuits. It was established in July 2010 and is named for Harry Raisbeck (1910-2010) was a member and president of the Black Rock Icebergers of Melbourne, Australia who swam daily at the Brighton Baths until he was 95 years.
