Brett Kruse is an American open water swimmer from Seattle, Washington.

Open Water Swimming Highlights

• On 20 November 2025, he attempted to swim 65 km around Lantau Island in an unprecedented tandem swim with Simon Holliday and Edie Hu, but aborted the swim due to hypothermia.
• On 6 December 2024, he became the 8th person in history to complete the HK360Swim, a solo swim 45 km around Hong Kong Island in 11 hours 32 minutes 23 seconds.
