The U.S. Masters Swimming Marathon Distance Open Water National Championship is an open water swimming national championship in the U.S.A. open to U.S. Masters Swimming members. Its distance is between 6 and 9 Miles.

The 7-mile (11.2 km) Swim Around Lido Key in Sarasota, Florida was the site of the 2017 USMS Marathon Distance Open Water National Championship on 22 April 2017.
