Shakespeare Beach

Shakespeare Beach is a long shingle beach and a renowned hotspot with channel swimmers set in a bay near Shakespeare Cliff in England. There are deep pools and a platform towards the cliff end of the beach. As the beach is reached via over 100 steps, it is not accessible for disabled visitors.

Shakespeare Beach is the shortest distance between the UK and France and one starting point for English Channel crossings.
