noun - A Reverse Triple Crown is a Triple Crown of Open Water Swimming achievement where a swimmer completes a crossing of the English Channel from France to England, a crossing of the Catalina Channel from the mainland to Santa Catalina Island, and a clockwise circumnavigation swim around Manhattan Island. These routes are opposite of the traditional courses in the English Channel, Catalina Channel, and Manhattan Island.
