Reginald Huffstetler

Reginald Huffstetler was a 35-year-old fireman from Charlotte, North Carolina who competed on the 1970 World Professional Marathon Swimming Federation circuit in 1970. His nickname was Moon and Catawba Catfish. He swam for 10-20 miles in the Catawba River during his youth and competed in the 42.9 km America's Marathon Swim in Newport, Rhode Island, a professional marathon swim on 9 August 1970.
