noun - Queen of the Channel® is the designation title bestowed by the Channel Swimming Association on the woman who has currently completed more successful swims of the English Channel than any other. It is currently held by [[Chloë McCardel] with a total of 44 crossings. The male equivalent is the King of the Channel®.
