Hawaiian Christmas Looong Distance Invitational Rough-H2O Swim
The Hawaiian Christmas Looong Distance Invitation Rough-H2O Swim is also informally known as the Double Roughwater or or Waikiki Double Rough Water or the Looong Swim or Hawaiian Christmas Looong Distance Invitational Rough-H2O because it is a double crossing along much of the same course as the annual Waikiki Roughwater Swim. It is held in early December and starts at Sans Souci Beach (also known as Kaimana Beach) near the foot of Diamond Head on Oahu in the state of Hawaii. It was founded by Jim Anderson, an Honour Administrator of the International Marathon Swimming Hall of Fame.
