Peggy Henning (born 1968) is a 54-year-old German open water swimmer representing Serwus Burghausen.

- She finished 10th in the 450m freestyle at the 13th edition of the Winter Swimming World Championships (WSWC) on 25 January 2023.
- She finished 7th in the 1000m freestyle at the 13th Winter Swimming World Championships in Lake Bled, Slovenia on 23 January 2023.
- On 6 May 2022, she completed a 1200m Ice Kilometer at the Svalbard Ice Swimming Adventures, held in Svalbard, Norway within the Arctic Circle in -1.00°C water and 0.00°C air temperatures at the age of 54 in 24:27.35.
- On 5 March 2022, she completed an Ice Kilometer at the Hallstättersee Ice Swimming event in Obertraun, Austria in 17:37.74 in 4.50°C water and -5.00°C air temperatures.
- On 18 January 2019, she completed an Ice Mile in Volendam, Netherland in 4.97°C water and 2.10°C air temperature in 31 minutes 39 seconds.
- She finished 7th in the Hallstättersee Ice Swimming Ice Kilometer at the age of 53 on 5 March 2022.
- She is the 18th-fastest swimmer across the Bodensee-Breitenquerungen swim, a 12 km widthwise crossing of the Bodensee (or Lake Constance), a lake on the Rhine in Germany at the northern foot of the Alps that borders Germany, Switzerland and Austria.
