Martha Wood (born 2 October 1962) is a 59-year-old American open water swimmer and winter swimmer from Manchester-by-the-Sea, Massachusetts who competes in a number of open water swims and occasionally trains with the Nahant Knuckleheads. She was a former water polo player from Harvard University.
