Karen Weir is a Scottish open water swimmer from Paisley, Scotland who swims with the Inverclyde Masters and helps organise the Wild West Swimmers community.

- On 18-19 July 2015, represented Scotland on an international relay team of 50 swimmers from 20 countries who swam 60 km over 20 hours across the Rio de la Plata from Colonia in Uruguay to Buenos Aires in Argentina in 10-14°C water (Festival Swimming Río de la Plata Cruce)
- On 30 July 2017, she completed a 7.3-mile swim across Ullswater in the Lake District from Glenridding to Pooley Bridge.
- On 2 September 2017, she completed a 5.25-mile swim across Coniston Water in the Lake District at the Chillswim End to End even.
- On 20 January 2018, she completed the 500m event and an Ice Kilometer at the Dutch Ice Swimming Championships in Volendam in 3.5°C water.
- On 20 August 2018, she completed a 3-person English Channel relay from Samphire Hoe to Wissant, France in 14 hours 21 minutes with the team "In The Zone" with Kath Long and Connie Spoor.
