Justine Brousseau (born 1978) is a 43-year-old Canadian open water swimmer from Montreal, Quebec.

Open Water Swimming Career[edit]

  • On 15 July 2017, she completed the 10 km Marathon international du Lac-à-Jim.
  • She completed the 2018 6-mile Son of a Swim in Lake Memphremagog.
  • On 14 July 2018, she completed the 10 km Marathon international du Lac-à-Jim.
  • On 28 July 2018, she completed the 10-mile Kingdom Swim.
  • On 4 August 2018, she completed the 12 km Lac Tremblant Ultra Swim.
  • She completed the 2018 NEK Swim Week (9 days, 8 lakes, 46 miles).
  • She arrived 3rd in the 2018 Lac Massawippi crossing in 5 hours 20 minutes.
  • She completed the 2019 10 miles Son of a Swim in Lake Memphremagog.
  • On 27 July 2019, she completed the 10=mile Kingdom Swim.
  • On 4 August 2019, she completed the 2019 12 km Lac Tremblant Ultra Swim.
  • She completed the 2019 NEK Swim Week (9 days, 8 lakes, 55 miles).
  • On 12 August 2019, she completed Lake Massawippi double crossing (18 miles) and became the first Canadian to do so.
  • On 31 August 2021, she completed a 32.3 km Catalina Channel crossing in 13 hours 36 minutes 18 seconds. She became the first Quebecer woman and fourth Canadian woman to complete this crossing. To date, she has the fastest time amongst the 4 Canadian women who completed this crossing.
