She received the 2018 Community Award that was presented to the 25th Reunion Team that honored the first female competitors at the Trans Tahoe Relay across Lake Tahoe that includes captain Phyllis Quinn, Mike McCaffery, Ed Rudloff, and Jim Griffith.
