Jessica Roux (born 1992) is an open water swimmer from South Africa. She participated in the 2011 FINA World Championships in in Shanghai, China and qualified for the Olympic 10km Marathon Swim at the 2012 London Olympics. She also won the 2012 Marina Mile and the 2012 SPAR Redhouse River Mile.

She is coached by Graham Hill.
