I Just Went For A Swim is an 18-minute documentary film that was honored at the 2021 Toronto International Women Film Festival, 2022 Lady Wild Film Fest, 2021 Niagara Falls International Short Festival, 2021 Women's Adventure Film Tour, 2021 LA Independent Women Film Awards, and 2021 Venezia Shorts Italy.

The film centers around the 32.2 km circumnavigation swim by Lauren Tischendorf around Lord Howe Island, a tiny Australian island in the Tasman Sea east of Port Macquarie. The film inspires and provides a heart-warming, thought-provoking film that helps encourage young girls and women to be bold and to work together and encourage them to step beyond their personal and societal boundaries.
