Heinrich Langner is an open water swimmer from South Africa who competed in the inaugural 5.3 km Atlantic Dash in Cape Town and completed the Cameron's Swim of Courage, a swim from Robben Island to 3 Anchor Bay.
Ice Swimming Career
He is also a member of the International Ice Swimming Association. Langner completed an ice mile in July 2012 in Fraserburg, South Africa in 1.70°C water and -5°C air in 27:58.
