The Swim Across America Hamptons Open Water Swim is held on 7 July 2012 and will be held in Fresh Pond Beach in Gardner's Bay in Amagansett, New York.
Requirements
Swimmers up to 18 years old must raise at least US$300. Swimmers 18+ must raise at least US$500.
Course
All swimmers start and return to the Fresh Pond Beach in Amagansett. The largest triangle is the 3-mile swim, the 2nd largest triangle is the 1-mile swim, and the smallest triangle is the 1/2-mile swim course.
Beneficiaries
The beneficiaries for the Hamptons Swim to Fight Cancer include Fighting Chance, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, Children's Hospital Montefiore, and Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory.
