George Duthie is an inductee (Honour Administrator) in the International Marathon Swimming Hall of Fame
George Duthie is a Canadian open water swimming event director who was inducted in the International Marathon Swimming Hall of Fame in 1966 as an Honour Administrator. The Canadian administrator organized the famous professional Canadian National Exhibition swims until 1968 as the Canadian National Exhibition Manager of Sports Department and was later inducted in the Amateur Athletic Union of Canada’s Hall of Fame.
International Long Distance Swimming Federation
He was briefly a Vice President of the International Long Distance Swimming Federation in the 1960s.
