Gabriela Cipriano
Gabriela Cipriano is an American competitive pool and open water swimmer from Flossmoor, Illinois. She has been a competitive swimmer since the age of 8 and has since qualified for the open water swimming races in the USA Swimming Central Zone swim meets. She has swum in open water races all over the Midwest including North Dakota, Oklahoma, Indiana and Ohio. She currently swims competitively on the University of Chicago swim team.

In August 2016, Cipriano organized a charity deal with renowned open water swimmer Gary Emich from San Francisco, California so proceeds of his DVD (Lane Lines to Shore Lines: Your Complete Guide to Open Water Swimming) benefits SunSaluter. SunSaluter is an organization that provides sustainable technology to generate solar energy and clean water to people who live in rural villages.
