Forty Foot

The Forty Foot is a promontory on the southern tip of Dublin Bay at Sandycove, County Dublin, Ireland, from which people have been swimming in the Irish Sea year round since 1750.

Open Water Swimming[edit]

Ger Kennedy completed a 12-hour solo sea swim in April 2017 in Forty Foot.
