Elena Pavlova is a 27-year-old American open water swimmer and swimming coach from Brooklyn, New York, originally from Okhtyrka, a small town in Ukraine.
Open Water Swimming Career Highlights[edit]
- she competed in the 2015 United States Winter Swimming Championships in Lake Memphremagog, Vermont.
- On 8 September 2017, she finished ninth in the 28.5-mile (45.8 km) 20 Bridges Circumnavigation Swim of Manhattan in New York City, finishing in 8 hours 35 minutes 12 seconds at the age of 27.
- On 26 September 2015, she completed the 10 km Coney Island Triple Dip in Brighton Beach, New York in 4 hours 4 minutes 3 seconds at the age of 25.
- On 26 June 2016, she completed the 29.5 km (18.3-mile) 8 Bridges Hudson River Swim Stage 1 in New York in 6 hours 17 minutes 30 seconds.
