Duct tape

noun - Duct tape, sometimes called duck tape, is cloth- or scrim-backed pressure-sensitive, water-resistant tape, often coated with polyethylene. There are a variety of constructions using different backings and adhesives.

Open Water Swimming[edit]

Duct tape is occasionally used by competitive open water swimmers in races in order to firmly keep their swim caps on their heads.
