Dennis Bowsher
Dennis Bowsher is an American Olympian and specialist in Modern Pentathlon (Fencing, Swimming, Equestrian, Running, and Shooting) from Texas. He is a member of the U.S. Army World Class Athlete Program in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Spc. Dennis Bowsher is a modern pentathlon competitor in the U.S. Army World Class Athlete Program. With a love for swimming, Bowsher began dreaming of becoming an Olympian at an early age. After high school, he was approached by a modern Pentathlon coach who witnessed his swimming skills and convinced him to try out for the U.S. Modern Pentathlon Team. Bowsher won his first U.S. National Championship and fast tracked his way to fulfilling his Olympic dream by qualifying for the 2012 Olympic Games in London.
