David Livengood is an American marathon swimmer from the state of Oregon who has completed the Triple Crown of Open Water Swimming. He also completed a 70.3 Ironman triathlon and a full Ironman triathlon as well as represented the United States at the 2014 International Triathlon Union World Aquathlon Championship in Edmonton, Canada on Team USA within 2 months of completing the 2014 Manhattan Island Marathon Swim.

Triple Crown of Open Water Swimming[edit]

  • Catalina Channel, 10 September 2009, 11 hours 39 minutes 22 seconds (CM) as the first Oregon male and second Oregonian.
  • English Channel, 5 July 2010, 13 hours 58 minutes as the first Oregon male to finish and the third Oregonian.
  • Manhattan Island Marathon Swim, 28 June 2014, 9 hours 54 minutes 50 seconds as the second Oregon male and the fourth Oregonian.
