WOWSA Nomination

The 2012 nomination of SwimPhone reads, "Club Assistant has solved the excruciating problem of open water swimmers waiting impatiently for their results after a race. Club Assistant has created SwimPhone that delivers swimmer's official time, splits and place within their age group within seconds of finishing a race. The results are delivered via text directly to the swimmer's mobile phone before they are even dry and have taken a swig of their post-race hydration. No more waiting. No more looking for results posted somewhere. No more wondering if you placed in your age-group. For SwimPhone's ability to deliver timely results and resolve one of the major frustrations of the sport, and for its reasonably-priced solution for race directors, SwimPhone is a worthy nominee for the 2012 WOWSA World Open Water Swimming Offering of the Year."
