The Swimstrokedoctor was founded in 2012 by Dan Lynch in Indian Head Park, Illinois, a past president of the Intersuburban Swim Conference. Its users include the LaGrange Field Club in LaGrange, Illinois and 2012 USA Olympic Swimming Trials qualifiers Brian Donatelli (of the University of Iowa), Mimi Schneider (2012 All-American Fenwick High School and Academy Bullets, Illinois State Champion 100 butterfly), and several top Academy Bullets swimmers including Paulina Kaminski (2012 All-American Fenwick High School, Illinois 100 breaststroke), and many age-group swimmers at clubs like the Academy Bullets Swim Club and Hornet Swim Club.
