Craig Zytkow

Craig Zytkow is the head of Conservation Lake Tanganyika, whose mission is to promote and preserve the biodiversity of Lake Tanganyika, one of the African Great Lakes, for the sustainable benefit of its inhabitants through a partnership with the community and Zambian government. Cuturi is also a relay member in the Swim for Nsumbu, a 5-day 40 km marathon relay conducted in the Nsumbu National Park in Zambia, Africa.
Swim for Nsumbu[edit]
The charity event is organized by Conservation Lake Tanganyika and will showcase a marathon relay swim by Jim Smith, Chris Liebenberg, Francois Cuturi and Zytkow. The four swimmers swam along the length of the Nsumbu National Park, which borders the Lake Tanganyika, one of the African Great Lakes. The Swim for Nsumbu was held in 2012, 2013 and 2014 in a relay format with each swimmer doing a 20-minute leg in Lake Tanganyika initiated by Craig Zytkow of Ndole Bay Lodge and Christiaan Liebenburg of Chongwe Safaris.
