MARNATON eDreams

MARNATON is a project and brand created by Miguel Rahola together with Mirentxu Vignau and a host of other open water swimming collaborators in the Catalonia region of Spain. MARNATON is a combination of three Spanish words: MAR (sea) + NATACIÓN (swimming) + MARATHON. MARNATON organises the MARNATON eDreams Cap de Creus - Cadaqués, MARNATON eDreams Garraf - Sitges and the MARNATON eDreams de la Luna.

MARNATON is a company which specialises in organising open water swimming events. Since 2008, its objective has been to promote long distance swimming, with a special focus on safety, the environment and creating a family atmosphere, as well as promoting a healthier lifestyle and respect for the environment. Swimmers from home and abroad have already swum with MARNATON in some of the eight editions of the legendary Cap de Creus - Cadaqués (6.5 km).
