Claire Owen is an experienced swim coach, operates Swim Lab and the coaches OceanFit's LANE 4 class.
A former A grade swimmer, competitive athlete, and Physical Education teacher at a Hong Kong International school for 20 years, Owen is a passionate advocate of education and learning. As a fully qualified Total Immersion coach, Owen believes the biomechanical, physical and mindful aspects of the Total Immersion swimming are a significantly and demonstrably superior approach to teaching swimming; resulting in nothing less than a transformative experience for the swimmer.
