Christopher Fuhrhop

Christopher Fuhrhop is a German inventor and industrial engineer from Pfinztal, Baden-Württemberg is the inventor of Restube, a yellow re-usable inflatable float that is strapped around the waist of open water swimmers in open bodies of water for safety. The tube is rolled up inside a pouch and connected to a CO2 canister. Once the tag is pulled, the pouch opens and the float immediately inflates. It has been used by the participants of Swim The Island in Italy.
