Poon Ching Leung Sunny (or Sunny Ching Leung Poon) is a 21-year-old professional marathon swimmer from Hong Kong's Tai Po Swimming Club.

Open Water Swimming Career

he competed at the 2013 FINA World Championships - Barcelona Spain (5 km solo and 5 km team pursuit events)
he competed in the FINA 10KM Marathon Swimming World Cup where he were ranked 46th
he won The DWB, a 5 km open water swim in Hong Kong on 29 April 2017.
he competed in the the 2017 HKASA Hong Kong 10 km Championships.
he won The DWB 5 km race in Hong Kong on 3 May 2018.
he finished fourth in the 10 km Hong Kong Open Water Championships on 13 May 2018.
he finished 10th in the 10 km Sun Moon Lake Swim in Sun Moon Lake, Taiwan on 22 September 2018.
