Catherine Buckland

Catherine Buckland is a member of Nuala's safety team who will assist Nuala Moore on her 2018 attempts across the Cape Horn, Beagle Channel and Straits of Magellan in Argentina and Chile's Patagonia. She is a commercial diver and a dive medic operating out of Plymouth University. Catherine works in all areas of safety management and Nuala met with Catherine at the Ocean Extreme medicine course (World Extreme Medicine) where she was one of the organisers of the event -Nuala has been working with Catherine on many areas of procedures on remote emergency and safety care for open water swimmers and remote activities.
