Kastellorizo or Castellorizo is a Greek island and municipality located in the southeastern Mediterranean Sea. It lies roughly 2 km off the south coast of Turkey, about 570 km (354 mi) southeast of Athens.

Kastelorizo is the smallest, and perhaps one of the prettiest, of the Dodecanese Islands. It is located at the most eastern edge of Greece and is sometimes called by its ancient name of Megisti which it retained until the Middle Ages.
