Cassinetta di Lugagnano is a comune in the Metropolitan City of Milan in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 20 km west of Milan. Cassinetta di Lugagnano borders the following municipalities: Corbetta, Robecco sul Naviglio, Albairate, and Abbiategrasso.
Open Water Swimming
It is site of the Gran Fondo Naviglio Grande, a 24.5 km marathon swim in Lombardy, Milan, Italy that is part of the 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 Gran Fondo Italia series (or Circuito Gran Fondo Italia), a multi-race marathon swimming series in Italy organized by Alessandro Pilati of Nuoto in Acque Libere (NAL).
