Open Water Swimming Career

• she participated in the Eastern Bay Swim Team Invitational Ice Swim with Patrick Corkery, John Daly, Donal Buckley, Colm Breathnach, and Fergal Somerville on 24 February 2014 in 4.6ºC water on 24 February 2014 + 4.00°C air for 1.00 mile in 41:05
• she is a certified ice miler by the International Ice Swimming Association.
• She attended Ned Denison’s 2014 Cork Distance Week in Ireland.
• She swam from Ballycotton Pier, Co. Cork to Ardmore Pier, Co. Waterford, Ireland on 23 August 2015.
• she completed the 4th Eastern Bay Invitational International Ice Mile Swim in Lough Dan Scout Centre, County Wicklow, south of Dublin, Ireland on 6 February 2016 in 29:15.
• she swam a total distance of 3.3 km or 2.05 miles in 4.63°C water in the Wild Water pool at Conroy Pond in Armagh, Ireland on 21 February 2016 in a time of 57:45 to set an International Ice Swimming Association record and a Guinness World Record for the Longest Distance Ice Swim by a Female.
• she participated in the 2016 Cork Distance Week in Cork, Ireland and then completed a swim across the North Channel.
• On 26 May 2016, she completed the 6.5 km Battle of Carlingford Lough in Ireland in 1 hour 49 minutes 49 seconds.
• On 5 July 2016, she completed a 45 km North Channel crossing from Northern Ireland to Scotland in 15 hours 58 minutes 21 seconds.
• In 2015, she completed a 10 km swim from Myrtleville to Monkstown, Ireland.
• She finished 24rd in the ice kilometer at the 2016 Ice Swimming Aqua Sphere World Championships in Burghausen, Bavaria, Germany.
