Bud Johnson

Bud Johnson is an American lifeguard from New Jersey and chief of the Wildwood Crest Beach Patrol and oversees the safety net at the Battle of Turtle Gut Inset, an open water swimming competition in Wildwood Crest, New Jersey, organized by Barbara Cresse of the South Jersey Triathlon Club.
Bud Johnson is an American swimming coach from Seal Beach, California who organized the first Seal Beach Rough Water Swim in 1954 together with Amy Hiland, Daisy Murchie, and Mary Ann Ward.
