Brian Regone
Brian Regone grew up in Houston, Texas with his parents and two younger sisters, also swimmers. From age 8 to 18, Regone swam for Katy Aquatics. In high school he swam for Katy Taylor and was a member of the 2001 and 2003 5A State Championship teams. He went on to swim at Clemson University where he majored in Graphic Communications. His achievements in college include: All-ACC Academic Team, ACC Championship Medalist, Clemson Outstanding Senior Male Scholar Athlete 2006-07 and Team Captain 2006-07. He started coaching for DAM in 2010.
Dallas Aquatic Masters
DAM or the Dallas Aquatic Masters is one of the largest masters swimming teams in the world. Co-founded and co-owned by Bobby Patten and Olympic champion Jim Montgomery, it is a year-round adult swimming team geared towards swimming in the pool and open bodies of water for fitness, fun and competition. DAM offers expertly designed adult group swim programs and adult private lessons to suit the needs of adults of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds.
