Brian Phillips

Brian Phillips is a 19-year-old American pool and open water swimmer from Herndon, Virginia and the Nation's Capital Swim Club who competed in the 2013 USA Swimming National Open Water Swimming Championships in Castaic Lake in Santa Clarita, California and the World 10-mile Swimming Championships held in Lake Memphremagog, Vermont on 6 July 2013.
